1. Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro White

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 16GB kit (2 x 8GB) | Speed: 3200MHz | Extended Timings: 16-18-18-36 | Voltage: 1.35V | Lighting: RGB | Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro WhiteREASONS TO BUY

  • Fantastic speeds
  • Clean white aesthetics
  • Fair price
  • Supports Intel XMP 2.0
  • Bright RGB lighting
  • Lifetime warranty

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Potential clearance issues

Our Rating:   9.9/10

Starting things off, we have our Best Overall choice: the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro White. This memory offers fantastic speeds, a clean white aesthetic with a pleasant RGB light bar, and, most importantly, the dependability of Corsair memory.

This particular model comes in a dual-channel 16GB kit (2x8GB) and comes with a fairly reasonable price tag.

Performance-wise, it safely overclocks at 3600MHz with a clock speed of 18 and is designed with even further overclocking in mind to satisfy more demanding users–you should be able to push the 4000MHz envelope without too much issue.

However, even at lower speeds, most users will be more than satisfied.

When looking at these sticks in your case, you’ll notice the clean white design of the aluminum heat shield that smoothly flows into the RGB light bar on top. This light bar features 10 ultra-bright and individually addressable LEDs. You will be able to program these with premade and custom colors and patterns using the Corsair iCue software.

The cool thing about this software is that it will allow all of your Corsair iCue products, such as keyboards, fans, and coolers, to synchronize together. If you are going to bother with RGB lighting, it makes sense to have this level of universal control of your entire setup. The RAM also works well with other RGB lighting software if this is your only Corsair product.

Like most modern memory, the Vengeance RGB Pro supports Intel XMP 2.0 and will work with both Intel and AMD DDR4 boards. It also boasts of a limited lifetime warranty for further peace of mind.

While this is certainly some of our favorite white RAM, there is a noticeable con for some users. If you have a bulky air cooler, then you may want to measure your clearance before purchasing the Vengeance RGB Pro. These are relatively high-profile sticks of RAM at just over 2 inches, so it can cause an issue for some builds.

However, if you are water cooling, then you should be just fine. If you are experienced with RGB RAM, then the potential clearance issue may be something you’re accustomed to.

Overall, the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro is arguably the best white RAM currently available on the market. With the combination of price, performance, bright RGB lighting, and a clean white aesthetic, you’ll not be disappointed in the slightest if you decide on it.

2. Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB White

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 32GB Kit (4 x 8GB) | Speed: 3200MHz | Extended Timings: 16-18-18-36 | Voltage: 1.35V | Lighting: RGB | Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty

Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB - WhiteREASONS TO BUY

  • High performing memory
  • Perfect for overclocking
  • Pleasant all-white design
  • Bright RGB lighting
  • Lifetime warranty

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Premium price

Our Rating:   9.8/10

Our second choice is the Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB White 32GB kit (4x8GB). This memory features high speeds and a unique RGB lighting design. We’ve given it our Highest Performing Memory label for good reason.

Speaking of performance, you can safely expect speeds of up to 3600 MHz with this memory and a clock speed of 18. To make things better, the Dominator also features what Corsair calls a “DHX cooling system”.

This simply means that the heat spreader has been completely embedded with the printed circuit board to offer superior thermal transfer away from critical components. This equals cool RAM that can run efficiently even under overclocking stress. Simply put, you can expect high performance for years to come.

In terms of RGB lighting, the Dominator Platinum uses a unique lighting design. The top of the RAM features 10 RGB squares with the RGB Dominator logo in the center (lit by 2 LEDs, as best we can tell). The side of the light bar also features a unique lighted pillar design, for lack of a better term. Finally, the all-white aluminum heat spreader surrounds the LEDs, creating a smooth and relatively seamless design.

Like the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro, the 12 individually addressable RGB LEDs will synchronize with other Corsair iCue products when using the Corsair iCUE software.

While the Corsair Dominator Platinum offers excellent performance and RGB lighting, it is also the most expensive RAM on our list. You can currently expect to pay over twice per gig of other options on this list.

Whether or not this price point is worth it may be a matter of personal taste. The Dominator Platinum series is highly praised and dependable, but there are certainly other quality options if the price is an issue.

While we enjoyed the look of the heat spreader, we weren’t huge fans of the RGB design. The individual square RGB lighting on the top bar doesn’t follow the typical look of RGB light bars, but this is obviously a matter of personal taste. With close to two thousand 5-star ratings on Amazon, we might just be in the minority on the design.

All in all, the Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB is some of the best-performing and dependable white RAM on the market. Its embedded heat spreader and high-frequency speeds make it a powerhouse to be reckoned with. While the RGB lighting design wasn’t our favorite, it is unique and may help make your white-themed PC build different from others.

3. TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB White

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) | Speed: 3600MHz | Extended Timings: 18-22-22-42 | Voltage: 1.35V | Lighting: RGB | Warranty: Lifetime warranty

TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB WhiteREASONS TO BUY

  • Bright RGB lighting
  • Affordable
  • Clean white aesthetics
  • Supports Intel XMP 2.0
  • Great performance
  • Lifetime warranty

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Potential clearance issues

Our Rating:   9.7/10

Our third choice is the TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB White. With admirable overclocking speeds and a classic heat spreader and light bar, this is a solid pick for anyone looking to enhance their white-themed PC build at a reasonable price.

Like the Corsair Dominator, the T-Force Delta RGB is designed for 3600MHz of overclocking speed and has a CAS latency of 18, but the default frequency speed is set to 2666MHz. It will support XMP 2.0 one-click overclocking technology and comes in a dual-channel 16GB configuration (2x8GB).

The RGB lighting is a full-frame 120-degree ultra-wide-angle light bar that envelopes the entirety of the visible stick when it is installed. The RGB LEDs are fully compatible with all major RGB lighting software, such as ASUS Aura Sync and MSI Mystic Light Sync.

Depending on your preferences, you might dislike the LEDs on this RAM as they are very bright. If you are looking for a muted or subtle lighting option, then you may want to look elsewhere. There’s no risk of missing these RGB LEDs when installed on your motherboard.

The white aluminum alloy heat spreader will keep your RAM cool while looking stylish and sleek. Besides that, the T-Force logo is prominent in the center, with Delta R on the top of the heat spreader. It’s certainly a minimalist design, but it has the classic look of modern RGB RAM. Lastly, the RAM is pushing two inches (49mm), so keep that in mind if you have a large air cooler.

Coming in with a reasonable price tag, this is certainly an affordable option for those wanting vibrant RGB lighting integrated into a classic and minimalist heat spreader design. Combined with a clean white look, admirable performance, and lifetime warranty, the T-Force Delta is an excellent option for any white-themed rig.

4. G.Skill Trident Z Royal Silver

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) | Speed: 3200MHz | Extended Timings: 16-18-18-38 | Voltage: 1.35V | Lighting: RGB | Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty

G.Skill Trident Z Royal SilverREASONS TO BUY

  • Unique, premium design
  • Excellent performance
  • Quality and reliable
  • High overclocking capabilities
  • Lifetime warranty

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Higher price
  • Not exactly a white RAM

Our Rating:   9.6/10

Next up on our list is the uniquely designed G. Skill Trident Z Royal Silver RAM. The Trident Z certainly has its share of lovers and haters, but we found it refreshing to see a unique RAM design in a sea of similar-looking RGB RAM.

The slotted silver (or gold) heat spreaders and crystalline design RGB bar will certainly become the focus of your next build. Because of this, the G. Skill Trident Z Royal Silver has earned our title of best premium option for your white rig.

Aesthetics aside, the Trident Z is certainly no slouch.  With a rated speed of 3200 MHz and a CL of 16, you can expect it to keep up with your demands. It does come in a dual-channel 32GB kit (2x16GB), so bear that in mind with your build requirements.

As we mentioned, the Trident Z features a crystalline RGB bar, but it also features 8 customizable RGB LEDs. G. Skill designed the RGBs to work with their Trident Z Royal lighting software, but it does work well with other RGB lighting software available.

We have to admit one thing, and that’s that the Trident Z does not have a white heat spreader. Instead, they only offer a silver or gold option. However, we think that the mirror-like silver (actually aluminum) heat spreader would pair wonderfully with any white-themed build and therefore deserves a place on our list. The gold-colored option could work just as well, depending on the aesthetic that you are going for.

Unfortunately, the Trident Z Royal is slightly more expensive than other options, but its unique design may be worth it for you. It’s certainly cheaper than the Corsair Dominator Platinum, but it’s still way beyond the price point many gamers are willing to spend on a RAM kit.

All-in-all, the G. Skill Trident Z Royal Silver is one of the most uniquely designed components we’ve seen, and it will certainly elevate your build to another level. However, with a price this high, we can only recommend it if aesthetics are a priority to you or if you are able to buy it at a discount.

5. Crucial Ballistix White

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) | Speed: 3200MHz | Extended Timings: 16-18-18-36 | Voltage: 1.35V | Lighting: None | Warranty: Lifetime warranty

Crucial Ballistix (White)REASONS TO BUY

  • Budget-friendly
  • Great performance
  • Lifetime warranty
  • Clean white aesthetics
  • Low cost per GB

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Basic design
  • No RGB lighting

Our Rating:   9.5/10

Crucial is a well-known name in the memory and storage world, and the Ballistix series of DRAM is just as renowned. With years of dedication and refinement, you can expect quality.

You can also expect to pay far less for this RAM than a lot of other RAM at this frequency speed. The Ballistix may not be flashy, but it is fantastic for gamers on a budget. Costing noticeably less per gig than other kits on this list, it has certainly earned our ‘Best budget performer’ label.

Speaking of performance, the Crucial Ballistix comes in a range of speeds from 2666 MHz up to a maximum of 4400 MHz. If you are going to go with the Crucial Ballistix, then we would recommend sticking with the 3200 MHz model, as the price for higher frequency speed might not be worth it when concerned about the white case aesthetic.

With a CL of 16 and a max speed of 3200 MHz, you will be able to keep up with all but the most demanding of requirements.

The one major con to this Crucial Ballistix model is that it does not have integrated RGB lighting. This may not be an issue for you, depending on your personal tastes, but it is a noticeable absence when RGBs have pretty much become the industry standard.

If RGBs are required in your build, then you could either look into purchasing the Crucial Ballistix RGB model (which will cost you a bit extra) or the VisionTek OCPC X3TREME Aura RGB RAM (#10 on this list). Both options aren’t much more expensive than the base Crucial Ballistix model.

Even without the RGBs, the heat spreader is pure white with a simple industrial-looking design–similar in many ways to the Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM. It may not win any awards for aesthetic design, but it certainly won’t detract from the rest of your white build.

At the end of the day, the Crucial Ballistix series is a solid and dependable RAM at a reasonable price. If RGB lighting isn’t your thing and you’d rather save some money while still getting high-performing white RAM, then we highly recommend you pick this one up for your rig.

6. Corsair Vengeance LPX White

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) | Speed: 3200MHz | Extended Timings: 15-17-17-35 | Voltage: 1.35V | Lighting: None | Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty

Corsair Vengeance LPX - WhiteREASONS TO BUY

  • Quality proven by time
  • Excellent performance
  • Fairly priced
  • Low profile design
  • Supports Intel XMP 2.0
  • Lifetime warranty

REASONS TO AVOID

  • No RGB lighting
  • Basic design

Our Rating:   9.4/10

If you can’t tell already, we’re big fans of Corsair memory. Our next Corsair selection may not have the flash and speed of the Dominator Platinum or Vengeance RGB Pro, but maybe you don’t need all of that.

Long considered the standard in DDR4 memory, the Corsair Vengeance LPX series is some of the most reliable and popular memory on the market. While the white heat spreader design may be minimalist at best, it quietly performs with little chance of failure.

This featured Vengeance LPX model is rated for overclocking to 3200 MHz with a CL rating of 16, but some users have been able to push it past this threshold. Corsair also offers RAM with higher speeds, such as 3600 and 4000 MHz, but again, 3200 MHz is still a respectable speed for most users.

Considering that this RAM has been on the market for a number of years, you can expect it to be compatible with most DDR4 motherboards available and will support XMP 2.0 with no issues.

Featuring a low-profile white aluminum heat spreader (only 34mm), you can easily install this memory with no fear of butting up against your heatsink or other case paraphernalia. The heat spreader is minimalist with a tough-looking industrial design.

Unfortunately, like the Crucial Ballistix on our list, it does not have integrated RGB lighting. This RAM is going to be of interest to you if you have no interest in RGB lighting or if performance and cost are far more important than lighting. As the PC gaming industry has completely embraced RGB lighting for nearly every component, it is one of the few options available that still features a quality-designed heat spreader with no RGB lighting.

With that being said, it is currently more expensive than some of the RGB RAM on our list. However, we would rank it over these other options due to its reliable performance and long-standing standard in the gaming community. Reliability is more important in our books than flashy lights.

7. PNY XLR8 Gaming Epic-X RGB White Edition

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) | Speed: 3200MHz | Extended Timings: 16-18-18-38 | Voltage: 1.35V | Lighting: RGB | Warranty: Lifetime warranty

PNY XLR8 Gaming Epic-X RGB White EditionREASONS TO BUY

  • Affordable
  • Great performance
  • Supports Intel XMP 2.0
  • Lifetime warranty
  • Great RGB lighting

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Compatibility issues with the MSI Mystic Light
  • Plain design

Our Rating:   9.3/10

If you’re looking at a dual-channel 32GB RAM option at a reasonable price, then the PNY XLR8 Gaming Epic-X RGB White Edition may just be for you. Far less expensive than its peers, PNY delivers a very affordable option. It ties with our next selection for the Most Affordable RGB RAM.

This RAM has an overclocked frequency speed of 3200MHz and a CAS latency of 16. With the large white heat spreader, you can expect it to stay cool under heavy overclocking. This RAM can be pushed past 3200MHz with the right configuration. It makes use of XMP 2.0 overclocking and is backward compatible with other RAM down to 2133MHz.

The prominent RGB light bar of the XLR8 is fully compatible with all major RGB lighting software. We did find some issues with compatibility for MSI Mystic Light, but they weren’t consistent, and we were unable to further determine if it was simply a fluke. If you are using an MSI board, then be prepared to use another lighting software if necessary.

While the RGB colors transitioned relatively well, we found that the design of the light bar and heat spreader was rather simplistic. This may be attractive to you, but we simply felt that PNY could have put more work into the design. If RGB lighting and aesthetics will be a primary feature of your build, then we would recommend other options on this list.

Overall, The PNY XLR8 Gaming Epic-X RGB White Edition is a decent option. It performs well under moderate overclocking and is an affordable option for RGB RAM. We would recommend it to anyone on a budget who still wants flashy lights and the reliability of a well-known brand like PNY.

8. OLOy Warhawk Aura Sync RGB

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) | Speed: 3600MHz | Extended Timings: 16-19-19-38 | Voltage: 1.35V | Lighting: RGB | Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty

OLOy Warhawk Aura Sync RGBREASONS TO BUY

  • Great performance
  • Vibrant RGB lighting
  • Fairly low price per GB
  • Lifetime warranty
  • Attractive aesthetics

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Still new to the market
  • Potential clearance issues

Our Rating:   9.2/10

Another unique design, the OLOy Warhawk Aura Sync RGB features large wing-like heat spreaders with RGB lighting built into the side and top of the prominent “wings”.

Perhaps something not many gamers are looking for, but this RAM is certainly designed with class and elegance in mind. From the custom padded box that it ships in, to the gold/bronze and chrome inlays on the white heat spreader, this is just as good looking as it is with performance.

On that note, the Warhawk Aura Sync RGB is not only aesthetically well-designed, but it also performs very well. With a rated overlocking speed of 3600MHz and a CAS latency of 18, you can expect to push it pretty hard.

One thing to bear in mind with the Warhawk RAM is the vertical space that the sticks will occupy–the wings come up much higher than most other heat spreaders. If you have a large and bulky air-cooling heatsink right next to your RAM, then you may want to look at the other options on this list or measure your clearance first.

If you are dead set on this RAM, then we would recommend investigating water-cooling options instead. Your mileage will, of course, vary based on your motherboard and cooler design.

The Warhawk RGB lighting is nicely integrated into the heat spreader, with distinct sections on the side and a full light bar on the top of the board. Another plus, this RAM is designed to work with all major lighting software on the market, so you can purchase these for any modern DDR4 motherboard without any fear.

Another selling feature of this memory is its reasonable price, as it’s comparable in price to the non-RGB options in our list. Granted that you will still be paying a lot for 64GB (2x32GB) of RAM, the price per gig is impressive.

With our glowing review, you may wonder why we have the Warhawk ranked so far down on our list. This is simply because OLOy is still relatively new to the memory scene and has only been selling memory for a few years now.

There are very few complaints about OLOy products at this point, but we simply have no idea about long-term reliability and how good their lifetime warranty really is. We think their RAM is worth a shot, but we also understand purchasing a brand like Corsair or Crucial that has been in the market for decades.

9. Patriot Viper Gaming RGB Series White

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) | Speed: 3200MHz | Extended Timings: 16-18-18-36 | Voltage: 1.35V | Lighting: RGB | Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty

Patriot Viper Gaming RGB Series WhiteREASONS TO BUY

  • Great performance
  • Low profile
  • Perfect for bulky air coolers
  • Supports Intel XMP 2.0
  • Vibrant RGB lighting
  • Lifetime warranty

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Slightly overpriced

Our Rating:   9.1/10

Our second to last selection is the Patriot Viper Gaming RGB Series White RAM. This RAM features the distinctive Viper logo with an RGB LED light bar on the top and sides. To make things easier for you, it has a lower profile than many other options on this list and could be a good option for those who want RGB lighting with a large air-cooled heat sink.

Coming in at 3200MHz with a CAS latency of 16, the Patriot Viper will fit right in with similar timing and speeds as our other picks. It will support XMP 2.0 overclocking and has a base frequency speed of 2133MHz. It has been fully tested across the latest Intel and AMD motherboards, so you can expect easy compatibility. The white version comes in a 16GB dual-channel kit (2x8GB).

Like the PNY XLR8, we weren’t huge fans of the RGB lighting design, but judging by its reviews, there is obviously a market for many users out there.  Patriot makes use of 5 RGB zones that are customizable using the Viper software or most major RGB lighting software. The RGB LEDs certainly are vibrant and will be easily noticed in your case.

We felt that the Patriot Viper RAM was slightly overpriced for the design and specifications. The 16GB kit will set you back around the same as our number 1 pick, and this did seem a bit steep for the speeds that you can expect. However, the convenience of having RGB RAM fit next to your air cooler might be worth the price for you.

Like all of our selections, this is still dependable RAM that will more than likely suit your needs with no greater risk of failure than any other major memory manufacturer. The air cooler friendliness and vibrant RGBs make it a great pick for those with limited space.

10. VisionTek OCPC X3TREME Aura RGB White

Type: DDR4 | Capacity: 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) | Speed: 3000MHz | CAS Latency: 19 | Voltage: 1.40V | Lighting: RGB | Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty

VisionTek OCPC X3TREME Aura RGB (White)REASONS TO BUY

  • Great price per GB
  • Smooth RGB lighting
  • Solid performance
  • Lifetime warranty
  • Supports Intel XMP 2.0

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Slowest on the list

Our Rating:   9.0/10

Our final selection is the VisionTek OCPC X3TREME Aura RGB RAM. With a guaranteed overclocking speed of 3000MHz and a CAS latency of 19, this is certainly the slowest RAM on our list, but it should still be considered effective for most gamers and PC enthusiasts.

The Aura X3TREME comes in a dual-channel 16GB (2x8GB) kit and comes with a reasonable price tag. At the writing of this article, the price per gig is exactly the same as PNY XLR8 RAM. For such an affordable price, it’s understandable that this RGB RAM is gaining popularity.

One thing we appreciated about the RGB lighting on the X3TREME Aura is that there was a very smooth transition between colors in various patterns. Not all brands of RGB flow smoothly between color shifts, but this is not the case here.

The RGB LEDs performed better on this RAM than far more expensive ones. The design of the LED top bar is relatively simple but provides a relatively clean look with an attempt at integrating the lighting with the white aluminum heat spreader.

The OCPC X3TREME Aura RGB is highly rated across the internet, and we can understand why: it’s a clean-looking RGB RAM at a very affordable price. Our biggest gripe with it is the max frequency speeds, but as mentioned before, these are still fast enough for the average gamer. With a lifetime warranty and support, you can purchase this RAM knowing that you won’t be left in the cold if there is an issue.
