Our Rating:   9.6/10

$800 isn’t the ideal budget for shopping for a PC for streaming, and I suggest you save more money for a better-performing PC. That’s what I would have said if I hadn’t come across the SkyTech Nebula.

We’ve featured various configurations of the Nebula in our buyer’s guides before, but this particular one features by far the best value for money. Not only is it a reliable, stylish, and quality prebuilt PC, but the hardware you get in this price range is simply unmatched.

Just take a look at the competition. Other quality PCs with the same components, the Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card, Intel Core i5-13400F processor, and 16 Gigs of RAM, such as the YEYIAN Yumi or the Cooler Master HAF 5 Pro, go for $1000 on average, which shows how good of a value this PC represents.

But before we get into the performance, let’s first take a look at the design and build quality. As usual, the chassis is made in-house by SkyTech and has everything you’d want in a PC case—it’s sturdy, well-ventilated, and stylish, with airflow-enhancing meshed panels and some RGB lighting for extra customization.

Plus, SkyTech PCs are assembled by experts, so you can expect the Nebula to come well-assembled, with clean cable management, and in secure packaging, and you should have no issues right out of the box.

In addition, the preinstalled cooling is also good, maybe even too good for a budget prebuilt rig. The Nebula comes equipped with four 120mm RGB fans (one in the rear, three in the front) and a standard CPU air cooler, which will keep the PC nice and cool, even during long streaming sessions.

Now the best part—the hardware. As I mentioned earlier, the PC comes equipped with a powerful, 10-core Intel i5-13400F processor with a maximum clock of 4.6GHz and an Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card with 8GB of VRAM. In addition to that, you get 16GB of DDR4 memory clocked at 3200MHz, 1TB of fast NVMe storage, and 600W PSU with an 80+ Gold Rating.

Altogether, this is the best hardware you’ll get in this price range and, as a result, the performance for gaming and streaming is unmatched. That being said, you won’t be able to stream the newest games on high settings, but if you’re just getting into streaming and looking to stream lower-demanding games and older favorites to your online audience, this PC will provide smooth FPS your both you and your viewers.

Some of the most popular Twitch games you’ll be able to confidently stream include League of Legends, Valorant, Fortnite, Minecraft, Overwatch, Counter-Strike, Call of Duty, Rainbow Six Seige, World of Warcraft, and many more similarly demanding games.

What also makes the Nebula an excellent starter PC for streaming is the inclusion of a free keyboard and mouse combo. These are no premium peripherals, but they are solid if you’re starting from scratch or, if nothing else, can make a decent backup.

All in all, we don’t usually recommend $800 prebuilt PCs for streaming, but the SkyTech Nebula is an exception. Its performance per dollar is outstanding, and it is a reliable, stylish, and well-cooled PC that even comes with a free keyboard and mouse—what more can you ask for in the $800 price range?

SkyTech Shadow

REASONS TO BUY

  • Best-performing PC in this price range
  • Ready to stream out-of-the-box
  • Plenty of fast RAM and storage
  • Sturdy and well-ventilated chassis
  • Lots of customizable RGB lighting
  • Good thermals
  • Bundled peripherals

REASONS TO AVOID

  • Weaker GPU for taxing titles

Our Rating:   9.7/10

When shopping for a gaming PC, the $1000 price range is perhaps the most dangerous. There is a lot of options available, both good and bad, and if you don’t know what to look for, you can easily end up with an outdated, poor-performing potato.

The upside is, if you do know what to look for and spend some looking, you can find some absolute gems, like the Shadow gaming PC from SkyTech. Not only is this a stylish and quality PC from now a reputable manufacturer, it’s also the best-performing rig in this price range.

Just take a look at the components—a current-generation Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card with 8GB of VRAM, a powerful 10-core Intel i5-13400F processor that outperforms AMD’s popular Ryzen 5 5600X, 32GB of the new DDR5 memory clocked at 5600MHz and 2TB of fast NVMe storage.

I mean, not only is this the best component set you’ll see in the $1000 price range, the performance for gaming and streaming is outstanding. It’s still a budget PC, so don’t expect to stream taxing, open-world games on high settings, but for less-demanding competitive games and older favorites, this PC is perfect.

Here are the most popular Twitch games this PC will easily handle at 1080p: Fortnite, Minecraft, League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Call of Duty, Overwatch, Dota, Valorant, Apex Legends, World of Warcraft, Rainbox Six Siege, and all other similarly demanding games.

Now, I personally am not a big fan of the design, but the chassis is well-built and sturdy, providing safe housing for the components and, more importantly, good airflow thanks to the large meshed panel vents on the top and front of the case.

Speaking of airflow, the cooling setup is also great and more than adequate for the included hardware. The PC comes preinstalled with four 120mm RGB fans (three in the front, one in the rear) and a standard CPU air cooler, which keep the PC cool no matter how hard you push it.

What makes this PC even better value is the included mechanical keyboard and wired mouse combo. As you’d probably expect, they’re nothing to write home about, but they’ll get the job done if you’re not a competitive gamer or streamer.

All things considered, if you have a $1000 budget and are looking to get into streaming, we can’t recommend the SkyTech Shadow enough. It’s ready to stream out of the box with the best CPU/GPU combo in this price range and a generous 32GB of DDR5 RAM–This, along with the build quality, cooling, and included peripherals, makes it the best PC for streaming currently available for less than $1000.

Our Rating:   9.8/10

CyberPowerPC doesn’t have many notable budget PCs, but they really shine in the mid-to-high-end category, producing some of the best-performing and most cost-efficient PCs on the market.

The Gamer Supreme gaming PC is a prime example of that. It’s a quality and reliable PC that comes packed with current-generation, extremely powerful components for this price range.

Just take a look at the hardware—a current-generation octa-core AMD Ryzen 7 8700G with a maximum clock of 5.1GHz, powerful AMD RX 7800XT graphics cards with 16GB of VRAM, 32GB of fast DDR5 RAM, and generous 2TB of ultrafast NVMe storage.

With this configuration, you’re ready to stream and game on the highest quality settings right out of the box, which can’t be said about many PCs in the $1500 category. Even better, quality PCs with similar specs currently range from $200-$500 more—the value you’re getting here is simply amazing.

Now, thanks to the powerful graphics card, the gaming performance is off the charts, and the PC will provide smooth FPS even on high-refresh-rate 1440p monitors. Plus, the included CPU and 32GB RAM will take care of all of your streaming needs with enough headroom for some serious multitasking.

So, whether you’re into competitive titles like Warzone or Fortnite, where a high FPS count is essential, or if you want to stream the newest AAA titles as they come out, this PC has all the power you need to provide a smooth experience to both you and your viewers.

In addition to the high-octane performance, the quality and design are what we’ve come to expect from the top brands—this means a well-assembled, durable, and well-cooled PC. The design is not particularly flashy, but the black-and-white chassis with double tempered glass windows looks pretty stylish.

In terms of thermals, you have nothing to worry about, even if you plan on streaming for 10 hours a day. The chassis features 2 large vents, one at the top and one on the right side, which, in combination with the four 120mm RGB preinstalled fans, do an excellent job of keeping the PC both cool and quiet.

The PC also comes preinstalled with a 240mm all-in-one liquid cooler, which is another huge plus, as the majority of rigs in this price range come only with standard air coolers.

Lastly, CyberPowerPC also ships this PC with bundled peripherals, which are nothing special but definitely a welcomed addition if you’re starting your PC journey from scratch.

Overall, the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme is hands down the best PC for streaming under $1500 and our number-one recommendation for those who want to get the best bang for their buck. From the powerful, current-gen components to the quality PC case, liquid cooling, and even a free keyboard and mouse combo, this PC represents an insane value. For less than $1500, you won’t currently find anything better.

In the sub-$2000 budget category, you can get a capable streaming rig pretty much no matter which one you choose. But if you’re like me, you don’t want great; you want the best. And that’s currently the Gamer Xtreme from CyberPowerPC.

It’s another prebuilt rig from their factory that features a high-quality build, excellent cooling, and, most importantly, exceptional performance that’s comparable to PCs that cost up to $1000 more.

Don’t believe me? Let’s take a look at the competition. The SkyTech Blaze currently costs $500 more, the Skytech King $400 more, and the Corsair Vengeance i7500 even $900 more, all of which feature the same CPU and GPU combo and virtually the same specs and performance level.

Now that you know you’re getting your money’s worth, let’s take a look at the included hardware. This PC comes packed with the current-generation and extremely powerful 20-core Intel i7-14700KF processor, the latest Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti Super with 16GB of VRAM, 32GB of fast DDR5 memory, and generous 2TB of NVMe storage.

Not only you’re getting the best hardware for under $2000, but more importantly, you’ll be able to play and stream virtually any game with smooth FPS and on high settings, up to a 1440p resolution.

Whether you’re into streaming a variety of different games, from the latest graphically intense ones to classics, or if you’re a competitive gamer who wants as much FPS as possible to dominate the opponents, this PC will deliver a top-quality streaming and gaming experience, easily the best in this price range.

In addition to that, this PC has plenty of processing power for excessive multitasking during streaming, as well as professional-level video editing, so if you also dabble in content creation, this PC will keep up with your needs.

Now, the only thing I am not a huge fan of is the design. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a quality and spacious case with ample ventilation, and the double tempered glass panels with the RGB fans add to its visual flair, but the design is most likely not going to wow you in any way.

On the other hand, the cooling is excellent. There is a total of four 120mm RGB fans preinstalled along with a 240mm liquid cooler for the CPU, all made in-house by CyberPowerPC, so you won’t definitely have to worry about running hot even during long streaming sessions.

Lastly, the PC also includes a free mechanical keyboard and wired mouse combo. As we always tell you, these peripherals are solid, but far from top-tier quality. However, they do enhance the value proposition of the PC and make for a solid backup set of peripherals.

Overall, if you’re shopping with a $2000-dollar budget and want the best bang for your buck, look no further than the CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme. Not only does this PC outperform all other prebuilt rigs in this price range, but it’s a reliable and future-proof PC that will stay functional and relevant for years to come.

Our Rating:   9.8/10

The CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme is a perfect option for serious streamers who have a bit more room in their budget and are looking for a high-end rig without the premium price tag.

From design and build quality to cooling and, mainly, performance, this PC delivers an all-around premium experience. It’s not equipped with top-of-the-line, best components on the market, but it has more than enough power to allow you to play games and stream on the highest level.

Even more importantly, it outperforms all of the competing rigs in this price range and costs several hundred dollars less than nearly all of the competing, similarly equipped PCs.

For instance, the Corsair Vengeance i7500, with basically the same hardware and half the RAM and storage space, costs $800 more; the SkyTech Legacy, also with half the RAM and storage space, costs $300 more, and the SkyTech Prism, one of the most popular prebuilts on the market, costs $700 more. As you can see, the value you’re getting here is immense.

Let’s now take a look at what’s under the hood. For the CPU, you get one of AMD’s best processors available, the 12-core Ryzen 9 7900X with a maximum clock of 5.6GHz, Nvidia’s latest RTX 4080 Super graphics card, 64GB of DDR5 memory to cover all your multitasking needs, and a massive 4TB NVMe drive for an extensive gaming library.

Not only can you be happy you’re getting the best component set in this price range, but the gaming performance will also put a smile on your face. This PC will produce smooth FPS in virtually any game on high settings at both 1080p and 1440p and even put some high-quality 4K gaming on the table.

Whether you want to stream competitive games with high FPS, such as Fortnite, Call of Duty Warzone, Apex Legends, or Valorant, to name a few, or the newest AAA titles as they come out, this PC will provide smooth gaming performance without breaking a sweat.

Also, thanks to the 12-core CPU and 64GB of RAM, this PC also provides workstation-level capabilities. So, if you dabble in content creation, you’ll enjoy fast rendering speeds and snappy performance in creative apps like Blender, Adobe Premier, or Davinci Resolve.

Now, not only does this PC performs well, it also looks to part. It comes in a sturdy chassis that features two tempered glass panels, one on the left side and one in the front, for an unobstructed view of the interior. It also features numerous large vents to help with airflow.

Speaking of airflow, the preinstalled cooling is also great. The PC comes equipped with four 120m RGB fans, with three in the front and one exhaust fan, as well as a 240mm liquid cooler for the CPU. Altogether, they provide enough cooling to keep the PC at safe temperatures, even during marathon streaming sessions.

Finally, you also get a free mechanical keyboard and wired mouse combo with the purchase. If you’re a serious gamer, you’ll want to upgrade as soon as possible, but they’ll be solid even just as a backup set.

Overall, the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme is currently the best prebuilt PC for streaming for less than $2500. Not only because it’s a quality, well-cooled, and reliable rig, but mainly because it’s the cheapest way to get the included components. If you’re all about getting the best bang for your buck, this is the PC for you.
