The Best Games at the Lowest Prices! (PC, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch)

Best Games at the Lowest Prices

If you’re looking to add some new games to your gaming library but aren’t ready to spend hundreds of dollars in the process, we have the answers for you.

We’ve gathered the best selection of games and gaming hardware currently on sale–Here are some of the best games at the lowest prices currently available.

PC Games On Sale

The Witcher 3: Complete Edition – $10

The Witcher 3 is a long game. REALLY long. So long, you may never actually beat it. At the low cost of $10, you won’t find many other games with the same cost/time ratio right now.

It also helps that it’s a great game that’s only gotten better as the developer continued to patch after release.

Disco Elysium – $9.99

There aren’t many narrative RPGs that break the mold of “Bad guy over there. Go get the bad guy.” Disco Elysium goes so far outside the mold it has to be seen to be believed.

As a quick example, a very important scene can play out completely differently depending on whether you’ve had intimate chats with your necktie.

We could tell you more, but we don’t want to spoil the game any more than we have to. Play it.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order – $4.79

There are a lot of games in the Souls-like genre, but Fallen Order is definitely one of the better ones. You’ll likely never see it cheaper than it is right now, so don’t delay!

It’ll at least keep you busy for a week or two.

Deep Rock Galactic – $9.89

This is one of the best games you can play online with friends. You control a dwarven miner as part of a team sent to find rare ores and crystals in a hazardous, procedurally generated environment.

It’s tense, there are loads of cosmetics and pieces of gear to unlock, and each playthrough plays slightly differently.

We cannot recommend this game enough, even if it wasn’t on sale.

Civilization VI – $5.99

Civilization VI is one of the best strategy games released on PC in the last decade. It’s had a lot of content added over the years, but even the base game can keep you busy for a long, long time.

The DLC is also on sale as part of a package if you feel like spending $30 to get every add-on as well.

Nintendo Switch Games On Sale

Final Fantasy VII – $7.99

Of all the Final Fantasy games, this is the most beloved. Its remake is taking the story in an interesting direction, but the original game is still an amazing RPG in its own right.

Whether you feel like replaying it or playing it for the first time, it’s well worth the price.

RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition – $10.49

This is an old game, but it can keep you busy for months and months. Between designing coasters and beating its dozens of scenarios, it somehow manages to keep relatively fresh, even when compared to modern games.

If you’ve never played it and you enjoy the idea of making your own amusement park, this is an amazing deal.

Star Ocean First Departure R – $8.39

This is a remake of an older RPG, but definitely a fun one. It plays better, includes a couple of quality-of-life improvements, and is well worth the price.

Our only real regret is that they haven’t remade the second Star Ocean as well.

Kingdom Two Crowns – $4.99

This is a game more for people who like slower gameplay with a fair amount of decision-making mixed in. There wasn’t really much that could be done to improve the original Kingdom, but co-op was definitely on that list.

Play with a friend or family member and do your best to survive the hordes of creepy and cute monsters that will steal anything of even the slightest value.

Steamworld Dig 2 – $4.99

The Steamworld games have been really good, and Steamworld Dig 2 is no exception. It takes the simple gameplay of dig, explore, and upgrade about as far as it can. The plot is interesting enough to keep you going, and the gameplay is a great time.

This would be a strong recommendation, even at full price.

Playstation Games On Sale

Borderlands 3 – $8.99

If you haven’t played a Borderlands game before or aren’t quite burned out on the franchise yet, this is an excellent deal.

You can play the game for weeks before you’ve exhausted everything it has to offer, and its core gameplay of shooting your way to better guns is tried and true.

Injustice 2 – $2.99

Fighting games tend to be overpriced, as a general rule. Between the character packs and high up-front prices, it’s hard to really get into one on a budget. That said, this deal is absolutely amazing.

The game is solid, and the story mode is worth the price by itself. You’ll be hard-pressed to find any game this good at even close to this price on the Playstation store.

Resident Evil 3 – $9.99

All the recent Resident Evil remakes have been worth the time and money to buy on launch, particularly if you love horror games. Resident Evil 3 is no exception.

The story is solid, the gameplay is fun, and it’s a steal at this price.

Kerbal Space Program Enhanced Edition Complete – $19.79

This is the only game we’ll be recommending at a price this high, but its value is utterly insane. It’ll teach you rocket science and make it fun.

Launch an unbalanced mess of a rocket and manually wrangle it into orbit, then do it again in a week with a third of the components. There’s always more to learn, and the game can keep you going for hundreds of hours.

Hitman 2 – $8.99

This game is one of the best free-roaming tactical games ever made. Each mission can be approached in a variety of ways, with plenty of achievements and challenges to keep things interesting.

It’ll keep you busy for a while, and it’s definitely affordable.
